Sales and distributor training
Product walkthroughs, competitive positioning and procedure-support modules your reps and distributors can watch on demand.
Training videosTraining, launch and event videos for medtech teams. We use AI to cut the cost and the wait, and an engineer who has lived inside design controls makes sure every frame is ready for regulatory, legal and medical review. Fixed prices from $2,500. First cuts in about a week.
Client videos stay confidential, so these samples use fictional devices and companies. Each was produced with the same process and tools we use for paid projects.
A step-by-step instrument training clip built the way an IFU is written: numbered steps, approved wording with its source, and a caution where the user can go wrong. 24 seconds.
An all-hands opener marking 1,000 procedures, thanking every function by name. 20 seconds.
A published Engineer & Beyond article on AI risk, turned into a 24-second explainer for LinkedIn and conference screens.
Traditional video agencies charge $1,000 to $10,000 per finished minute and often take months. Do-it-yourself AI tools are cheap, but your team still writes the script, chases approvals and fixes the edit. MedTech Reel sits in between.
| Traditional agency | DIY AI video tool | MedTech Reel | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Typical cost | $4,500–$25,000+ per video | $20–$300 per month, plus your team's time | $2,500–$7,500 fixed per video |
| Time to first cut | 4–12 weeks | Depends on who on your team has time | About 1 week for most projects |
| Medtech knowledge | Specialists are rare and premium-priced | None. Generic avatars and scripts | Founder with 10+ years in medical devices |
| Review readiness | Varies by team | Your responsibility | Claims mapped to approved labeling before your MLR review |
| Languages | Priced per language, often slow | Automatic, unchecked | AI voice and captions, $750 per added language |
Agency ranges reflect published 2026 industry pricing guides for corporate and medtech video. Your quote depends on scope.
Sales, training, marketing, HR and leadership teams all need video. Most of it does not need a film crew. It needs accurate content, clean design and a fast turnaround.
Product walkthroughs, competitive positioning and procedure-support modules your reps and distributors can watch on demand.
Training videosA hero video for the launch, short cutdowns for LinkedIn and email, and loops for the website, all from one approved script.
Launch videosMilestone videos, award montages, all-hands openers and "first implant" or "patient impact" stories that bring a team together.
Silent, caption-first loops for trade show screens and symposium booths that explain a device from across the aisle.
Booth videosTurn one approved video into many languages with AI voiceover and translated captions, reviewed against your translated labeling.
LocalizationWhite papers, clinical summaries and technology overviews turned into 60 to 120 second explainers for clinicians and sales teams.
Explainer videosGeneric AI video tends to cost you later: claims that don't match labeling, wrong terminology and edits that bounce back from review. We have worked on the other side of that review, and we build for it from the first draft.
IFUEvery step, indication and claim on screen is written from your current Instructions for Use and approved materials, never from guesswork.
MLRWe hand your reviewers a script with each claim mapped to its source, so review rounds go faster and comments are fewer.
DHFDesign inputs, verification, validation, risk files. We understand what your engineers mean and what your reviewers will ask.
ON-LABELWe flag wording that implies uses, outcomes or comparisons your labeling doesn't support before it ever reaches review.
CLASS IIIOur founder led a Class III, life-sustaining device program. We know how carefully those products must be described.
REV BScripts, cuts and approvals are versioned and dated, so you always know which file was approved and when.
A typical event or training video moves from kickoff to final delivery in one to two weeks, depending mostly on how quickly your review team responds.
A 30-minute call. You share the goal, audience, brand guide and approved source material such as the IFU or claims matrix.
We write the script with every claim mapped to its source, and storyboard the visuals for your sign-off.
AI voice, motion graphics, your product imagery and any real footage come together into a complete first cut.
Two review rounds are included. We package the cut and script for your medical, legal and regulatory reviewers.
Final masters, captions and cutdowns in the formats you need, with version history for your records.
AI is how we keep prices low and timelines short. These commitments are written into every client agreement.
We do not accept or process PHI. Patient stories use consented, de-identified material that you provide and approve.
Anyone recorded or synthesized signs a release, with a separate opt-in for AI voice or likeness.
We tell you which parts of a video are AI-generated so your team can label them as your policies require.
Nothing ships without sign-off from your reviewers. We make review easier. We never replace it.
Confidential material is covered by NDA. Where tools offer it, we use settings that keep your files out of model training.
Ownership of the delivered video transfers to you on payment, ready for your website, LMS or sales portal.

Our founder has spent more than a decade designing, testing and launching medical devices in three very different settings: surgeon-led orthopedic implant design at Hospital for Special Surgery, a Class III heart pump taken from concept to FDA IDE trials at BrioHealth Solutions, and 510(k) programs and launches at Edwards Lifesciences. Along the way he became the person marketing, clinical and leadership groups asked to make the video: launch reels, training modules and milestone celebrations.

Read the methodOur Training package is $4,500 for one module of up to about 8 minutes, including a script with claims mapped to approved sources, product imagery, AI voiceover, captions and two review rounds. Traditional agencies typically charge $1,000 to $10,000 per finished minute for comparable corporate and training work.
Most event and training videos reach a first cut in about a week and final delivery in one to two weeks. The biggest variable is how quickly your review team returns comments.
Yes, when it is used with the same discipline as any other promotional or training material. We use AI for voiceover, motion graphics, translation and editing speed. Content is written from your approved labeling, AI use is disclosed to you, and your medical, legal and regulatory reviewers keep final approval.
We can't guarantee the outcome of your internal review, and no vendor honestly can. We do design for it: every claim in the script is mapped to its approved source, and we flag wording that could read as off-label or unsubstantiated before you see the first cut.
You do. Ownership of the final deliverables transfers to your company when the project is paid in full. Licensed stock and music stay under their own licenses, which we document for you.
No. We do not accept or process protected health information. Patient stories use consented, de-identified material that you provide and approve, and anyone recorded or synthesized signs a release.
Yes. Each additional language is $750 and includes AI voiceover and translated captions. We align on-screen text with your translated labeling where it exists.
Yes. Fixed pricing suits early-stage teams preparing for a first launch, investor update or clinical training program, and the monthly retainer suits larger teams with a steady flow of training and communications videos.
Not at this time. We focus on training, launch, event and communications video. For complex 3D surgical animation we can recommend specialist studios and integrate their footage into your project.
A 30-minute call, your brand guidelines, the approved source material for the topic (for example the IFU, claims matrix or training deck) and any photos or footage you want included. We send an NDA first if you need one.
